EmDash is a tenant-scoped workspace for email security operations. It combines message analysis, incident response, authentication reporting, posture checks, security awareness training, and service administration.

The portal at a glance

Use the left navigation in app.authnimbus.cloud to move between these areas:

  • Dashboard gives you a current security overview and a priority queue.
  • Detect helps you search telemetry, investigate messages, and review DMARC.
  • Protect covers Email Posture and Security Awareness Training (SAT).
  • Respond covers incidents, quarantine, and Microsoft security detections.
  • Audit Trail records tenant administration and security actions.
  • Settings contains tenant, user, domain, module, billing, and integration controls.

The navigation is deliberately tenant-scoped. You only see data belonging to the tenant in your active session.

A good first visit

  1. Confirm your tenant and role in Account.
  2. Review Modules and access to understand what your tenant is licensed to use.
  3. Connect the services you need in Integrations.
  4. Verify a domain and configure DMARC.
  5. Review the Dashboard and set a regular Audit Trail review cadence.
Tip: EmDash uses empty and unavailable states to distinguish “there is no data yet” from “this capability is not connected or licensed.” Read the explanatory text before changing configuration.

When a page is unavailable

Every protected page checks both the required module and the permission granted by your role. If either is missing, direct navigation shows the generic message “The required module or role is missing for this page.” Use the homepage link, then ask a Tenant Global Admin to confirm licensing or role assignment.
