“The required module or role is missing”
This is the expected generic response when the page requires a module or permission your session does not have. Ask a Tenant Global Admin to check the module entitlement and bundled role. Do not share a session cookie or try to bypass the route.
A page is empty
Check whether the source integration is connected, the date range includes recent activity, and the tenant has received data. Empty does not mean unavailable: follow the page’s explanatory text and setup links.
A connection says pending or probe failed
Open the relevant integration page, review the last test time and error, and run the test again only after confirming consent, tenant ID, endpoint, DCR/stream, or HEC settings. Microsoft 365 and Defender are independent connections.
Refresh does not change the data
Refresh reloads the latest server workspace; it does not queue a new assessment, force a provider sync, or bypass a stale upstream checkpoint. Check the status, last synchronization time, and integration health first.
An invoice or PDF is unavailable
Confirm that you can open Settings → Billing, that the invoice is addressed to your tenant, and that the billing profile is complete. Draft invoices are staff-only; issued and void invoices remain immutable history.
When to contact support
Contact Support when the problem persists after checking status and access. Include the page, visible error, time, correlation/event ID, and safe reproduction steps. Never include passwords, access tokens, full message bodies, or secrets.
