Email Posture
Open Email Posture to review DNS and Microsoft 365 posture checks. The page shows the current assessment status, findings requiring attention, severity, evidence, and remediation guidance.
Assessments may be scheduled or in progress. The page polls while an assessment is active. Use the Refresh control to reload the current workspace; it does not create a second assessment. Posture findings remain available with their status so your team can track remediation.
Security Awareness Training
SAT is the authoring and administration workspace. SAT Creators can manage content and quizzes. SAT Administrators can also configure learner access, launch assignments, resend notifications, review reports, and export CSV data.
The catalogue supports lessons, media, knowledge checks, required or optional quizzes, and published versions. Preview content before publishing and use verified domains when configuring learner access.
Learner experience
Learners use the assignment link or training sign-in, authenticate with the assigned Microsoft Entra work account, complete the lesson, and submit the quiz when required. A learner can retry a knowledge check when the assignment allows it. Learner pages are separate from tenant administration and do not expose tenant settings.
