Tenant Profile

Use Tenant Profile for core organization details. Keep the tenant name, contact information, and domain context current so support and billing workflows have an accurate reference.

User Management

In User Management, invite a work account, review active memberships, and assign a bundled tenant role. Only Tenant Global Admins can create invitations or change roles. Remove access when a person leaves the organization and review the Audit Trail afterward.

Authentication

Authentication shows sign-in configuration, verified domains, and available tests. Authentication Administrator controls are separate from Microsoft integration consent; an Integration Administrator may also be required for provider connections.

Domains

Use Domains to add a domain, complete TXT ownership verification, and review DNS setup. Domain Connect is service-specific: domain verification does not automatically create a DMARC policy. Confirm the exact host and value with your DNS provider before publishing.

Modules and Detection Models

Modules shows active ICES, DMARC, SAT, and XDR entitlements. Detection Models is available for ICES tenants with detection settings access and contains model thresholds, signal inputs, and readiness validation.

Change control: Thresholds, tenant context, SSO configuration, domain records, and role assignments affect other users. Make one deliberate change at a time and verify the resulting Audit Trail event.
